Radiant is a bi-annual (twice a year) publication.
I subscribed weeks ago. Why haven't I received my first issue?
At time of subscription you had the option to select which issue you want your subscription to begin with: "Begin with Current Issue" or "Begin with Next Issue." If you selected "Begin with Next Issue," then your first issue will be mailed out when the next issue is released. Keep in mind that Radiant is published twice a year about six months apart.
How do I access my digital issues?
An email containing how to access your digital issue is sent out once your purchase is completed. This email can sometimes go to your spam folder. Search your spam, junk or promotions tab folder. You may also type in Radiant Health Magazine in your email search bar to find it. If you're still having trouble email us at hello (at) radianthealthmag (dot) com.
I moved. How do I update my address?
Please email us your new address at hello (at) radianthealthmag (dot) com. Note that we are not responsible for lost copies sent to an old address.
Subscribers can update their address directly in our subscriber portal.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Keep in mind that delivery can take 1-3 weeks depending on your country of residence.
Can I buy Radiant in stores?
Yes. You can buy Radiant at our online shop and have it delivered to your doorstep or visit one of the retail outlets where Radiant is sold including Barnes & Noble stores. Click here for a list of our stockists.

How do I buy digital issues or subscriptions?
The best way to purchase digital issues and subscription is directly through the Radiant app. Simply click on the Apple and Google Play app icons in each of the digital product descriptions to download the Radiant Health App. Once the app is downloaded, you can purchase an issue or subscription directly within the app.
However, if you prefer to purchase via our online store here, once your purchase is complete you can access your subscription by downloading the Radiant Health app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. From the menu bar within the app select "Account" and then "Sign In." You can then sign in with your Google/Gmail email to activate your issues. It must be the same Google/Gmail email used at the time of purchase.
